TeleCureGh - Terms of Service

Last updated: December 23, 2025

Welcome to TeleCureGh!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using TeleCureGh, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Who We Are

TeleCureGh is a technology platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers (doctors) and pharmacies in Ghana. We do not provide medical services ourselves—the doctors and pharmacists are independent professionals.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity on your account.

3. Using the Platform

You can book virtual consultations, request prescriptions, verify NHIS status, and order medicines. All medical advice comes directly from licensed providers—we're just the bridge. Prescriptions and treatments are at the provider's discretion. For emergencies, always call 112 or go to the nearest hospital—this is not an emergency service.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Consultations and subscriptions are paid via Mobile Money or other methods we support. Pharmacy orders may have delivery fees. We use secure payment partners, but you're responsible for providing accurate payment info. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. No refunds for partial months.

5. NHIS Integration

We help verify and use NHIS coverage where possible, but we don't guarantee approval—that's handled by NHIA.

6. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate health and personal information. Don't misuse the Platform (e.g., fake appointments, harassment). Respect providers and other users.

7. Our Rights

We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations. We may update the Platform or these Terms—continued use means you accept changes.

8. Limitations

The Platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that advice will always be perfect (medicine isn't exact!). We're not liable for indirect damages.

9. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
